We require a 50% deposit before commencement of any work. Following completion of the work, the remaining balance can be paid within 7 days. We accept cash, credit card payments or a direct deposit into our bank account. Late payments of over 15 days will incur a 10% charge on the total cost.
Yes, for regular cleans owners are welcome to give their regular cleaner a key to the property. Our professional cleaners are background checked, trustworthy and follow our strict guidelines giving you piece of mind.
